Beacon: Enjoy Vacation in Beacon This Year

Every traveler has a different taste and they want to visit a particular place to have something distinct. If you love natural beauty, art, and culture, then Beacon is the right place to spend a vacation in New York. Beacon is one of the largest city in New York with less population size, so you don’t feel crowded at any place. I got a chance to be in Beacon sometime back, and I had a splendid time here with friends. If you are planning to spend your vacation here, or want to check out places where you can visit during your tour, then here is a guide for you from my point of view.

Beacon Mountain

My purpose to be in bacon was to see its beauty and therefore when I landed here, I started my tour of the city from Beacon mountain itself. In Hudson Highlands, this is the highest peak. Reach at the top of the mountain in the morning to have a wonderful view of sunrise or in the evening to see the sunset. The presence of the Hudson River behind the mountain makes the scene scenic and adds aesthetic in it.

Dia Beacon

This museum is for the art lover, so if you are an art lover, make sure you are not missing this spot. The museum has a collection of DIA Foundation’s collection. The museum is located at the Hudson River bank, so you can be here right after finishing your beacon mountain trip.
